iMOnTime is a simple, easy-to-use reminder program. It offers a wide range of repeating options. You can schedule a simple reminder repeating every half hour between 8 AM and 5 PM, or a complicated one for the third and fourth Tuesday and Friday of July and August!
Several notification options are offered. Reminder can be displayed as a regular pop up window. In addition or optionally, a reminder can be set to play a sound, speak the title of the reminder, or be sent as an email to specified addresses. You can also receive a Growl notification if Growl has been installed.
A preference can be set to not show reminders on screen but just flash the application icon to indicate there are reminders waiting. They can then be easily accessed from waiting reminder list or can be dismissed all at once from the same menu.
Advance Notifications can be specified while scheduling a reminder to, for example, remind you 15 minutes ahead of a 10 o'clock meeting. If you are too busy to attend to a reminder when it comes up, it can be snoozed with a click of a button. Reminders can be set to get dismissed automatically or can be turned off temporarily.
A feature called Do Not Disturb lets you do just that!! Suspend all the reminders for a specific time to be resumed at a time of your choice, or to resume automatically at startup. iMOnTime can also be used to schedule launch of applications or files and to run AppleScript scripts.
A very useful archiving feature saves every deleted reminder automatically so that it can be looked up at a later time.
